Agreement between Client & Desired IT Solution Limited
1. Legal Entity & Governance
This website and its associated services are owned and operated by Desired IT Solution Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 16084060).
Registered Office
United Kingdom. All contracts, billing, and legal governance are handled under the laws of England and Wales.
2. Service Description
HourlyEngineer acts as a bridge between UK businesses and technical talent based in Bangladesh. Our services include:
- Dedicated staff augmentation
- Project-based consulting
- Hourly, Weekly, and Monthly hiring models
- UK-based technical leadership & delivery management
3. Intellectual Property (IP)
Upon full payment of all fees due to Desired IT Solution Limited, the Client shall own all rights, title, and interest in and to the deliverables created by the talent provided through our platform.
UK Accountability
We manage IP transfer through UK-governed contracts, ensuring your business assets are legally protected under local jurisdiction.
4. Limitation of Liability
Desired IT Solution Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we take full delivery risk on managed projects, we do not guarantee third-party software performance or external market factors.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
